Homeowners across Salix call Big Toms Roofing because we do what we say — show up on time, explain what we find in plain language, and stand behind every Roof Installation job with a written warranty.
Big Toms Roofing has spent years building a reputation in Salix for doing Roof Installation the right way — proper permits, manufacturer-approved materials, and a crew lead on-site for every job, not just a subcontractor nobody vetted.
From a single missing shingle to a full tear-off, our Salix crews handle every stage of roofing work with the same attention to detail — licensed, permitted, and cleaned up when we leave.
A leak that starts as a small stain can rot decking and framing within weeks. Our emergency response teams treat every active-leak call in Salix as urgent — temporary stabilization first, permanent fix scheduled right behind it.
Whether your roof is past its expected lifespan or storm damage made repair impractical, our replacement crews handle permitting, disposal, and installation start to finish, with a written timeline you can plan around.
Downtime costs money, so commercial Roof Installation jobs get scheduled around your operating hours whenever possible, with clear communication to property managers and tenants throughout the project.
Buying or selling a home in Salix? A pre-purchase roof inspection gives you real leverage in negotiations and peace of mind about what you're actually buying — no guessing about remaining roof life.
Ice damming is a real problem in Salix, PA winters when it happens. We install proper ice-and-water shield and improve attic insulation and ventilation to stop the freeze-thaw cycle that damages eaves.
Every one of these commitments exists because a Salix homeowner asked for it, complained about a competitor's lack of it, or we learned it the hard way.
Every estimate is itemized and handed to you before we touch the roof — no verbal quotes that change once the ladder comes down.
Because our trucks stay staged around Salix, we're rarely more than an hour from your address for emergency calls.
Certification isn't a marketing badge here — it's required training that affects how your warranty is honored.
If something about the finished work doesn't sit right with you, call us back and we'll make it right — that's the deal.
We document damage the way adjusters expect to see it, which shortens the back-and-forth on storm claims.
We treat your yard and driveway like we'd want ours treated — swept, protected, and cleared before we leave each day.
We don't cherry-pick these — they're representative of the calls, texts, and reviews we get after most Roof Installation jobs in Salix.
